The Master of Arts in Human Development & Management is an interdisciplinary graduate program designed to prepare professionals to lead, develop, and manage human potential across organizational, educational, governmental, nonprofit, and community settings. The program integrates theories of human growth and development with contemporary management practices to cultivate ethical leaders capable of fostering individual, organizational, and societal success.
Students examine the psychological, social, cultural, and organizational factors that influence human development throughout the lifespan while developing competencies in leadership, organizational behavior, strategic planning, talent development, performance management, coaching, and change management.
