Cost – Financial Aid/Scholarships

Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Cavalla International University is committed to making quality higher education accessible and affordable for students around the world. The University offers competitive tuition rates and a variety of financial assistance opportunities to help students pursue their academic and professional goals. While Cavalla International University does not offer fully funded scholarships, eligible students may qualify for partial scholarships, tuition assistance, institutional awards, flexible tuition payment plans, and work-study opportunities designed to reduce the overall cost of attendance. Financial assistance is awarded based on academic achievement, demonstrated financial need, leadership potential, professional accomplishments, or other eligibility criteria established by the University. Students are also encouraged to pursue external scholarships, employer tuition reimbursement programs, military or veterans’ educational benefits (where applicable), and other private or government funding sources to supplement their educational expenses.

Academic Scholarships

Academic scholarships recognize outstanding scholastic achievement and are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance. Scholarships may be available to qualified students entering undergraduate or graduate degree programs. Unless otherwise specified, scholarship consideration is automatic for eligible applicants and is based on the academic credentials submitted during the admissions process. Continuing students may also be considered for academic scholarships based on sustained academic excellence.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is intended to support students who demonstrate financial need and require additional resources to complete their educational objectives. Assistance may be provided in the form of tuition grants, institutional aid, or other need-based funding, subject to available resources and University policies. Applicants seeking financial assistance may be required to submit supporting documentation for review by the University’s Financial Assistance Committee.

Tuition Payment Plans

To provide greater financial flexibility, Cavalla International University offers convenient tuition payment options that enable students to spread the cost of tuition over time rather than making a single lump-sum payment. Eligible students may elect to participate in monthly tuition payment plans or semester installment payment arrangements, allowing tuition and eligible educational charges to be paid in manageable installments throughout the academic term. Payment plans are designed to make higher education more affordable while helping students manage their educational expenses. Enrollment in a payment plan may be subject to applicable deadlines, administrative fees, and the terms established by the University.

Work-Study Program

Eligible students may participate in the University’s Work-Study Program, which provides opportunities to gain valuable professional experience while helping to offset educational expenses. Through approved on-campus or remote administrative, academic, research, and student support assignments, participants may earn compensation that may be applied toward tuition or other educational costs. Work-study positions are limited, awarded based on institutional need and student eligibility, and are subject to satisfactory academic progress and continued enrollment.

University Awards

The University offers a variety of institutional awards recognizing academic excellence, leadership, community service, professional achievement, and other distinguished accomplishments. Many awards require a separate application and may include specific eligibility requirements established by donors, academic departments, or the University. Certain awards may be designated as named scholarships and combine both academic merit and application-based selection criteria.

Scholarship and Financial Assistance Policies

Scholarships, financial assistance, tuition payment plans, work-study appointments, and institutional awards are subject to eligibility requirements, funding availability, and University policies. Financial assistance is not guaranteed and may not be combined with other institutional awards unless expressly authorized by the University. Participation in a tuition payment plan does not reduce the total cost of tuition but provides an alternative method for satisfying financial obligations. Renewal of scholarships or financial assistance is contingent upon continued enrollment, satisfactory academic progress, timely payment of tuition obligations, and compliance with all applicable University regulations. Students are encouraged to consult the Office of Admissions and Student Services for current scholarship opportunities, eligibility requirements, payment plan options, application deadlines, and available financial assistance programs.
