Razel A. Padilla has served as Admissions Coordinator and Alumni Association and Engagement at Cavalla International University since 2020, supporting prospective students through the admissions process while fostering strong, lasting connections within the university’s growing alumni community. In this role, she combines her operational expertise with a genuine commitment to student and alumni engagement, helping ensure that every member of the CIU community feels supported from enrollment through graduation and beyond.

Razel’s path to this role was shaped by a career built on coordination, relationship management, and service excellence. As a Transportation Desk Associate at Concentrix Inc. and later an Operations Assistant at Ninja Van Philippines Inc., she developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills, managing logistics, verifying data accuracy, and resolving client concerns with precision. She then honed her relationship-building abilities as a Relationship Manager at Archipelago International, where she served as the primary point of contact between hotel partners and the corporate office, ensuring retention and satisfaction across key accounts. This combination of meticulous coordination, data-driven problem solving, and hands-on relationship management gave Razel the ideal foundation for guiding prospective students through the admissions journey and nurturing meaningful, lasting engagement with CIU’s alumni community.

Razel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where she was actively involved in campus leadership, serving as Event Chairperson for the university’s Annual Convention and General Assembly, Committee Assistant for an international research conference on higher education, and an organizer for a campus road safety campaign.

Known for her strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and team-oriented approach, Razel is adaptable and thrives amid change, consistently working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Her blend of operational discipline and people-centered service continues to strengthen Cavalla International University’s admissions process and its vibrant, connected alumni network.
