Rights to Privacy
In protecting the privacy of students and students' records, the university follows the guidelines of the Family Education Rights Privacy Act of 1974. In keeping with the guidelines the only information provided by the university is the student's name, degree program, date of enrollment and graduation and the degree the student earned. If the student desires that additional information be provided he/she must sign a statement of release and have that submitted to the University.
