JD/SJD

Barclay College of Law also offers a four- year concurrent JD/SJD degree program. This program is designed for initiative-taking students willing to aggressively complete high-level law degrees in the shortest possible time. Students enrolled in the program will complete the necessary Juris Doctor degree requirements in 2 years and during the third and fourth year will complete the requirements for the Doctor of Juridical Science degree (SJD). Students, therefore, can complete 7 years combined programs (JD/SJD) in as little as 4 years (accelerated option).

Graduates of the Doctor of Juridical Science Degree (SJD) are prepared to be industry leaders and ready to contribute to the legal and academic community professionally by means of teaching, training, scholarly research work, and in other professional ways. The program provides in-depth legal skills, knowledge, up-to-date knowledge of current practices, and effective research skills. The theoretical skills, practical skills, and research skills acquired by the students prepared them to be well-grounded and well-rounded for their professions.

Accelerated

Cavalla International University accelerated program offers four academic semesters in a calendar year without breaks. Therefore, students in the combined degree program can complete the entire program in about four years. During the first two years students will enroll in the Juris Doctor program and the remaining two years for the PhD program.

Note: Enrollment in this program is limited to very few students each year.
